Important Announcement: Mandatory Participation in Laptop Launching Ceremony & Full-Dress Rehearsal

Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that the Launching Ceremony of the Laptop Distribution Program is scheduled to take place on Friday, 25th July 2025 at the prestigious Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. This event is a remarkable step forward in enhancing academic support and promoting technological empowerment for our student body.

Participation in this ceremony is compulsory for all nominated students.

📅 Event Details: Laptop Inauguration Ceremony

• Date: Friday, 25th July 2025
• Time: 07:30 AM Sharp
• Venue: Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad
• Reporting Location: Front of Student Affairs Department, Faculty Block 2, COMSATS University Islamabad

🚍 Transport:
University buses will depart promptly at 7:30 AM from the designated location. Please ensure timely arrival to avoid missing the transport.

🎓 Additional Mandatory Event: Full-Dress Rehearsal

As per instructions from the Chairman, PMYP, all nominated students and their accompanying faculty members (20 members per student group) are also required to attend a full-dress rehearsal prior to the main event.

• Time: 2:00 PM
• Venue: Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad
• Reporting Time at CUI Islamabad: 11:00 AM
• Departure Location: Front of Student Affairs Department, Faculty Block 2, COMSATS University Islamabad

University transport will be provided for the rehearsal as well. Timeliness is again mandatory.

All participating students must carry the following documents:

• Original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• COMSATS Student ID Card

Failure to bring these documents may result in denial of entry.
